Workshops and Courses Include

In these workshops and courses, I facilitate a space which invites a rich and reflective journey into the world of Goddess archetypes as they appear in mythology, depth psychology, and the therapeutic process. Rooted in Jungian theory, these offerings support emotional wellbeing, self-discovery, and connection to the deeper symbolic layers of psyche.

Each Goddess archetype—such as Aphrodite, Demeter, Persephone, Artemis, and others—represents a different aspect of the feminine experience. By exploring their myths through a psychological lens, we begin to understand how these patterns live within us and shape our relationships, creativity, self-worth, and spirituality.

This work is particularly supportive for women and LGBTQ+ individuals looking to reconnect with their inner voice, process trauma, and reclaim parts of themselves that may have been silenced, shamed, or forgotten.

What to Expect:

  • Storytelling and myth exploration

  • Symbolic reflection and journaling

  • Somatic and creative practices

  • Small group connection in a safe, inclusive space

  • Opportunities for personal insight and growth

  • Meditation and ceremony

Workshops include:

  • Aphrodite & Embodied Beauty – Exploring love, self-worth, sensuality

  • Demeter & Persephone – Mothering, loss, cycles of descent and return

  • Artemis & Inner Sovereignty – Reclaiming wildness and self-direction

  • Hestia & the Sacred Hearth – Inner stillness and spiritual focus

  • Athena & Inner Wisdom – Strategy, creativity, and conscious action

Courses and one-day workshops are offered in-person in East Sussex and online. They are open to all who resonate with the call of the feminine psyche and are seeking soulful psychological integration.
