I am an experienced, qualified counsellor and therapist with a compassionate, mindful approach.

I provide a safe, professional, confidential space where you can explore what’s going on in your life and gain strategies to move forward. I have an empowering, focused way of working that can help you to build inner resources and increase self-awareness which can lead to lasting change.

Therapy can help you to process thoughts and feelings, and to find an internal sense of calm. Working with me can help you to increase self-awareness and develop the ability to reflect. By learning to take a step back and observe what’s happening within, we can widen our range of choice and respond differently to situations that we face. This can help us to open up to new possibilities that can lead to lasting change. Therapy is an investment into your own well-being and self-care which can improve how you feel about yourself. This can lead to a greater sense of connection to those around you.

I offer long term therapy, depth work, and also short term solution focused therapy in London and online. I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including professionals, creatives and LGBTQ community.
