Demeter & Persephone: A Journey Through Myth, Soul & Transformation

We invite you to gather in the sacred landscape of Glastonbury for a deeply restorative retreat inspired by the ancient Greek myth of Demeter and Persephone at the powerful juncture of Spring Equinox. This workshop is open to anyone wishing to explore their relationship to the Sacred Feminine within. This is an inclusive, compassionate, welcoming retreat.

For over two thousand years, this ancient myth has spoken to the feminine experience of love and loss, mothers and daughters, descent and return, metamorphosis and renewal. Its wisdom continues to offer guidance for anyone navigating change, grief, transition, or a longing to reconnect with a deeper sense of spirituality and soul.

Together we will explore the myth through the lens of archetypal psychology, contemplative practice, creativity, ritual and shared reflection. Surrounded by the evocative landscape of Glastonbury and held within a small, supportive group, you will be invited to slow down, listen deeply, and honour the rhythms of your own soul.

This retreat offers a gentle balance of teaching, meditation, creative expression, quiet reflection, sharing and community. There will be time to rest, to walk, to nourish yourself with wholesome meals, and to discover how this ancient myth may illuminate your own journey of transformation.
